  1. Question : I am UTM graduates, am I registered as UTM’s alumni? 
    Answer : All UTM graduates are automatically alumni of UTM. However we do encourage graduates to update their contact details from time to time.

  2. Question : How do I updates my particular details? 
    Answer : UTMAlumni is organizing Alumni House Open Day (Hari Terbuka Rumah Alumni) twice a year during convocation ceremony at Alumni House, Skudai campus in order to obtain graduate’s current contact details. All graduates are invited. Alternatively, graduates can also download Alumni Particulars Details Form and return the completed form to alumni@utm.my or utmalu@gmail.com.

  3. Question : What is Alumni Endownment Fund? 
    Answer : This fund was set up as a platform to give an opportunity for UTM alumni to support their alma mater. The fund is managed by the Board of Trustees which consist of representatives from UTM administration and UTM Alumni Association. Your contribution will demontrates the pride, commitment and sense of belonging to your alma mater.

  4. Question : What is Information Services For UTM Alumni? Do I need to register in order to use this service? 
    Answer : A service provided by Perpustakaan Sultanah Zanariah, PSZ specially for UTM Alumni. Applicants are required to contact Alumni Liaison Unit for verification that they are Alumni of UTM either by email (alumni@utm.my) or by walk-in. Once verified, alumni’s details (applicant) will be forwarded to PSZ. From this point onwards, applicant will be directly communicate with PSZ for registration and the use of this service.
